Third-floor clinic renovation of 15,500+ SF serving roughly 20 exam rooms and clinical support space — 16 fan-powered boxes with electric reheat, four Greenheck exhaust fans, a full air-device package with linear flowbar diffusers, complete ductwork, and full air balance. Executed in an occupied medical building, phased around active clinical operations.
