Air Jordon executed a complete demolition and rebuild of the third-floor air distribution at Gateway 161 — a 94,091 SF Class-A medical office building in Las Colinas — all inside an occupied, operating building.
Complete mechanical scope for the third-floor clinic buildout at Gateway 161. Air Jordon removed legacy terminal units, ductwork, and air devices, then installed a new system built around a clinic plan of roughly 55 exam rooms, a procedure room, a negative-pressure exam room, lab, provider work areas, and staff support spaces — all served off the existing base-building rooftop units.
