Medical Clinic Tenant Finish-Out

Air Jordon delivered the mechanical tenant finish-out for a WellMed clinic in the Fort Worth Medical District — building out the exam, provider, lab, and procedure spaces on the base-building rooftop-and-VAV system.

Mechanical tenant finish-out of a WellMed medical clinic in the Fort Worth Medical District. Air Jordon reworked the air distribution across the existing rooftop-and-VAV system — reusing and relocating VAV terminal units and reconnecting ductwork to serve the new exam, provider, lab, and procedure layout — and upgraded the building's existing Schneider Electric DDC controls with new controllers, actuators, and programming for the finished-out zones. Scope also included a dedicated split system for the IT room, new restroom and procedure exhaust, relief-air hoods, and full balancing of the space.
