Air Jordon delivered the full mechanical scope for Visionworks' relocation into a new suite at The Parks Mall in Arlington — a complete tenant air system rebuilt and tied back to the landlord's base-building systems while the mall stayed open.
Full mechanical scope for a 1,700 SF retail store relocation inside an operating mall — complete demolition of the tenant air system and installation of three fan-powered VAV boxes with electric reheat, transfer and restroom exhaust fans tied to landlord systems, a full air-device package, and new distribution off the mall's medium-pressure main, with full test and balance.
