Full mechanical scope for a 2,758 SF mall store — field verification and reuse of two existing fan-powered VAV boxes and electric duct heaters, new landlord-spec sensors and controls, restroom exhaust tied to base-building systems, a complete air-device package, and exposed internally lined spiral ductwork installed to finish standard across the sales floor with third-party test and balance.
