Air Jordon delivered the full mechanical scope for PJ's Coffee at The Arbors on Custer in Frisco — engineering real cost savings into the project without compromising performance.
HVAC buildout of an 1,800 SF coffee shop at The Arbors on Custer. Our team value-engineered the mechanical scope — substituting a standard-efficiency packaged rooftop unit for the specified high-efficiency equipment to bring down project cost — and redesigned the duct distribution to better fit the space. Scope included the rooftop unit, restroom and back-of-house exhaust, and complete ductwork with air balancing.
