Air Jordon delivered the full mechanical buildout of Moroch's 25,000 SF advertising-agency headquarters in the Dallas Design District — swapping eight aging rooftop units for a modern, fully commissioned Trane VAV system.
Mechanical buildout of a ~25,000 SF office and production space for advertising agency Moroch. Air Jordon removed eight existing rooftop units and installed five new Trane rooftop units (65+ tons) feeding a VAV distribution system with electric-reheat fan-powered boxes, a dedicated mini-split for the IT room, and commissioned a full Trane DDC building-management system with occupied/unoccupied, economizer, and dehumidification sequences — plus restroom exhaust, and full air balancing.
