Design-build HVAC for a speculative office suite in Lovett Industrial's newly constructed Class-A Trinity West Business Park. Air Jordon engineered and installed the complete mechanical system — a 12.5-ton Carrier gas/electric rooftop unit with low-leak economizer, fault detection and diagnostics — plus full duct distribution, restroom exhaust, and air balancing.
