Full-Building Mechanical for a 3-Level Adventure Park

Air Jordon delivered the complete mechanical scope for Fritz's Adventure at Grandscape — the brand's first location outside Branson, Missouri — conditioning three stacked levels under one roof: a high-bay attraction floor with ropes courses, climbing walls, tunnels, and a full-size aircraft; a mezzanine with the administrative suite, café, and commercial kitchen; and an upper mezzanine of meeting and party rooms.

The distinguishing piece is the coordination. Ductwork was routed tight to structure and threaded through exposed themed volumes — duct-mounted diffusers set at or above the suspended light fixtures, and return air open to plenum across the high-bay attraction floor — all sequenced around the theming consultant's scope, the architectural lighting, and the ropes-course and zipline structure so that the exposed distribution reads as part of the environment rather than an afterthought.
