Complete mechanical buildout of a 3,809 SF athletic training facility — full demolition of the existing system and installation of three Carrier gas/electric rooftop units (16 tons) with economizers and hail guards, roof exhaust, exposed spiral ductwork over the turf and weight floors, a full air-device package, and ventilation balanced with net positive pressurization.
