Air Jordon delivered the complete mechanical scope for 2nd Swing Golf's new golf fitting and retail facility in The Colony — from demolition of the existing systems through equipment set, ductwork, and final air balance.
Full mechanical buildout of a 25,000 SF golf fitting and retail facility. Demolition of existing systems and installation of three Carrier rooftop units (27.5 tons), a high-wall minisplit for the IT room, a dedicated fume exhaust system for the build shop, and complete ductwork with air balancing.
